Change housing shape, size, logo, lens, LED color temperature, lumen output, battery type LiFePO4 or NiMH, autonomy time, test button location, pictogram, and packaging. We offer private label and full ODM from sketch.

We use Grade A LiFePO4 batteries for 3 years life, 500+ cycles. Options for self-test, DALI-2 monitoring, wireless test, and central monitoring systems. Drivers with overcharge, deep discharge, and short circuit protection.

Our OEM Process for Emergency Lighting

  2. Design and DFM — housing, PCB, battery compartment
  3. Prototype — working sample with test report
  4. Certification — submit to TUV, UL, SAA using our pre-approved files
  5. Mass Production — SMT, assembly, 100 percent function and aging test
  6. Final QC — discharge test, lumen test, labeling check

FAQ — Custom Emergency Lights

Can you make exit signs with my language and pictogram?
Yes. We produce ISO 7010 running man, EXIT text, or custom language Arabic, French, Spanish. Single or double sided.

Do you offer self-test and DALI monitoring?
Yes. Standard self-test with LED indicator, and DALI-2 Type 1 emergency for BMS integration.

What is the difference between maintained and non-maintained?
Maintained stays on as normal light and switches to battery in power failure. Non-maintained only turns on during power failure. We build both.

Can you supply central battery system fixtures?
Yes. We manufacture 24V DC, 110V DC, and 230V AC central battery compatible downlights, bulkheads, and exit signs.

What warranty do you provide?
3 years on fixture, 2 years on battery LiFePO4, 1 year on NiMH. Extended warranty available.
